Compiler's note: This is an interesting issue, the date of birth seems to be in agreement with the SSDI records and Ruth Yinger's e-mail; however, I note that on the 13th day of Jun 1900, Mr. H.H. Swaim enumerated the family, showing only the husband and wife...I would suppose that this is possible and the child would not have been recorded, as the census was of those specifically in the household on the 1st day of June, 1900 A.D.
