      This indenture made the nineteenth day of May, in the year of our Lord one thousand, eight
      hundred and Eighty-four (1884). Between Abraham Fogle and Cornelia his wife of
      Leadville in the county of Lake and state of Colorado, Isaac Fogle and Emma his wife of
      Lock Haven in the county of Cliton and State of Pennsylavania, Charles Fogle and Elizabeth
      his wife, of Williamsport in the county of Lycoming and same state, Mahias Fogle and
      Elizabeth his wife of Hillsgrove township in the county of Sullivan and same state, Leonard
      Hallick and Barbara his wife of West Unity in the county of Williams and the state of Ohio
      and Samuel Fogle and Elizabeth his wife of Stryker in the same last mentioned County and
      State of the first part and Jacob Fogle of Rochester in the county of Fulton and the state
      of Indiana, formerly of Upper Fairfield Township in the county of Lycoming and state of
      Pennsylavania of the second part Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and
      in consideration of the sum of Two Thousandand eight hundred and fifty dollars ($2850)
      lawful money of the United States of America unto them well and truely paid by the party
      of the second part at and before the sealing and delivery of these presets, the receipt
      whereof is hereby acknowledged, have [?cemised?] released and quit claimed said party of
      the second part his heirs and assigns All that certain tract of land situated in the
      Upper Fairfield Township in the County of Lycoming and state State of Pennsylavania
      aforesaid bounded and described as follows to wit: bounded on the west by lands of
      George Rothfuss, on the north by lands of Jonathan Shult (formerly of Leonard [?Hollich?)]
      on the east by lands of (formerly) A. Bryan and Daniel Laubach, and south by lands of
      William Wilson and [?John?] Westbrook and containing One hundred and Sixteen Acres more
      or less. It being the same premises which Mathias Foener and Margaret his wife by
      indenture bearing date - the-seventh-day of March A.D. one thousand eight hundred and
      seventy six for the consideration therein mentioned, did grant and [?confirm?] to the
      the said Jacob Fogle (party hereto) his heirs and assigns forever as in and by the
      same in part received indenture recorded in the office for recording of deeds [etc.]
      at Williamsport in and for the said county of Lycoming in Deed Book [?4 O?] page 613
      [?etc.] relation being thereunto had more fully and at large appears. And being also
      the same premises which were conveyed to the said Mathias Foener by the said Jacob
      Fogle and Adam Redfoot Executor of the last will and testament of Mathias Fogle late
      of Upper Fairfield township in the county of Lycoming and state of Pennsylavia
      aforesaid deceased, by their due dates the twenty-first day of February A.D. one
      thousand eight hundred and seventy three for consideration of Three Thousand and eight
      hundred dollars therein mentioned as in and by the said in part recited deed, recorded
      in the office for recording deeds [etc.] at Williamsport in and for the the said
      county of Lycoming in Deed Book 4 N page 619, [etc] relation being thereinto had more
      fully and at large appears. Together with all and singular the testimonials
      [?hereditcemens?] and [?appuntaining?] to the same belonging or in any anywise
      appuntaining and revision and revisions remainder and remainders, rents issues and
      [?fuwfile?] thereof and also all the estate [?right?] title interest property clain
      and demand whatever both in law and in spirit of the said party of the first part
      of in to or out of the said premises and

      every part and parcel thereof To have and to hold the said premises with all and
      singular, the appuntenances unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
      to and for the only [?proper?] use and behalf of the said party of the second part
      his heirs and assigns. In Witness Whereof the said party of the first part have
      hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first above written.
