     Clarence William HALSTEAD was born on 11 February 1904 at Burnley, Lancashire.1 He was the son of Ada HALSTEAD. In the census of 2 April 1911 at 23 Primrose Street, Nelson, Lancashire, he was listed as aged 7 born Nelson, a Boarder of Emma Jane INGHAM.2
Clarence married Winnie SCHOFIELD in 1927 in the Burnley registration district.3
His wife, Winnie, died in 1983 in the North Walsham registration district.4
Clarence's death was registered in August 1987 in the North Walsham registration district at the age of 83.5
