William married Eliza HALSTEAD, daughter of Emma HALSTEAD, on 26 June 1894 at St Peter, Birstall, Yorkshire. He was a Plumber aged 27, a bachleor residing in Cleckheaton. His father was listed as Samuel BINNS (deceased), a Blacksmith. After Banns. The married was witnessed by George THORP and Godfrey NORTH.1,2
In the census of 31 March 1901 at 9 Albert Terrace, Blackpool, Lancashire, William was listed as aged 34 born Cleckheaton, Yorkshire, the Head of Household; a Plumber, living with his wife Eliza, sister Louisa BINNS, sister-in-law Minnie FRYER.3
