Amos Powell mentioned her in his will written 8 Jan 1749/1750 as "...my sister, Deborah Whitson."

In different databases I find her date of death as 14 May 1815, and that of her spouse, John Whitson, as unknown. In the other I find he died on 14 May 1815, and her death as being unkown. It is possible that they died on the same day, or that one compiler or the other entered the date for the wrong spouse. 23 Feb 2001 QLE
