    • The compiler of the Bedell
      genealogy in the FTM-LI-Families suggests that she might have been the
      daughter of Thomas Powell, the only other settler by that name living in
      the area at the time. I have sixteen children shown for the two marriages
      of Thomas Powell, none of whom were named Ann. Also Thomas Powell was
      born in 1641 which would tend to place him in the same generation with
      Daniel Bedell. Perhaps Ann was a sister of Thomas Powell.
