Obituary of Warren Franklin HALSTEAD: at United States of America Warren Franklyn Halstead, 94, husband of Betty Jo Halstead of Clarksville died Monday, March 21, 2011. Warren was born December 20, 1916 in Lawrence, MA to the late Arnold and Martha Halstead. Mr. Halstead, having attended Lowell Textile School was a retired dye house manager from Burlington Industries after 26 years with the company. He was a member of the Knight Templar Lodge for fifty plus years, and member of Jamieson Memorial United Methodist Church. Warren was a World War II veteran having served in the Army. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons Warren II and Wendy Halstead of Exeter, RI, and Keith and Peggy Halstead of Greenville, SC; daughters Heather and Bill Randall of Harpswell, ME, and Debbie Jo Halstead and her husband Kailo Schlagel of Palmyra. Also surviving, are eight grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. Memorial services will be 1PM Saturday at Jamieson Memorial United Methodist Church with the Reverend Dale Gillis officiating.5
