Early US Halsted

This page has been created as a starting point for the early US Halsted's whilst I am working on the data and before I import it into the main database.

It has been compiled fairly quickly from a number of sources and to some extent shows the problems and limitations of working on US material from the UK.It takes as its starting point Henry Halstead (1544-?) and it was one of his sons who went to the US in the 1630's and started the Halsted dynasty there.

It is going to be quite a while till we get the whole of the USA included but in the meantime would appreciate any thoughts and comments.
