Percy died on 19 November 1916 at Pas de Calais, France, at the age of 30. He was a private in the Prince Of Wales's Own (West Yorkshire Regiment) and is commemorated on the Etaples Military Cemetery, France. He was awarded the Bristish War Medal and the Victory Medal.6
